Baskets containing all that are needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal were delivered to ILSP and have been handed out to Foster Youth. Again this year, Byron UWF provided baskets so together we were able to help more youth.

We will be keeping a list of what you would like to donate so we can track what has been donated and what we may have to purchase to complete a basket. A table has been set up in the Narthex for you to sign and and indicate what you will provide. You can bring your items to church on Sunday or your items may be dropped off in the ILSP box in the hall outside the church office. Please contact Marlene Ward should you need someone to pick up your donations at your home. You can contact the church office for her contact number.
Monetary donations may be sent to our the church care of the UWF Treasurer, Gina Davey. These will be used to purchase Safeway cards and other items needed for the baskets. Should you decide to personally purchase a gift card, please make sure there are no images of alcohol or celebration wine glasses.
Our deadline to have all items on hand is Sunday, November 16th. This will provide enough time to have volunteers prepare and then deliver the baskets.

· Can Opener
· Kitchen Towels
· Pot Holders - For 2025, the baked goods will be purchased by
- UWF Team Members at the last minute for freshness.

- Sweet Bread (Banana, etc.) - Purchased
- Dinner Rolls—Small Pkg
